Capability statement

What we are equipped to deliver, and how we run it

Method, deliverables and standards for each discipline we deliver: the detail a procurement team needs to assess whether we can actually do the work.

Addish Energy Limited is newly established. Rather than present case studies we have not yet earned, this page sets out our capability directly: the disciplines we deliver, the method we apply to each, the deliverables you receive and the standards we work to.

The competence behind it is not new. Our directors bring nearly four decades of combined experience across petroleum exploration, reservoir characterisation, environmental impact assessment and technical management, with operators including Chevron, KNOC and Belema Oil.

As engagements complete, this page will be joined by permissioned case studies. Until then, what follows is what we will commit to in writing.

By discipline

How each scope is run

Six capability areas, each with the sequence we follow, what you receive and the standards the work is held to.

Subsurface Evaluation

Seismic interpretation, petrophysical evaluation and reservoir characterisation, taking legacy and modern subsurface data through to a defensible, risked view of the target.

G&G Services

How we run it

  1. 01Data auditInventory of everything available (field records, processed volumes, well logs, reports), with provenance and quality assessed before any interpretation begins.
  2. 02Conditioning & tiesPhase matching across vintages, well-to-seismic ties and synthetic generation, established independently of any legacy framework.
  3. 03InterpretationStructural and stratigraphic interpretation built from first principles, then compared against prior mapping as a cross-check rather than a starting point.
  4. 04Uncertainty & reviewDepth conversion with quantified uncertainty, followed by independent senior review before anything is issued.

What you receive

  • Interpreted structure and thickness maps with depth conversion
  • Risked prospect inventory with chance of success
  • Petrophysical evaluation summaries and log-derived cut-offs
  • Static geological models and property distributions

Standards & tooling

  • SPE-PRMS terminology
  • Independent technical review
  • ISO 9001-aligned QA
  • Industry-standard interpretation platforms
  • Petrophysical evaluation suites
  • Static modelling packages
  • GIS and mapping

Environmental & Social Compliance

Environmental and social impact assessment, monitoring, remediation design and regulatory support through to permit or closure.

Environmental

How we run it

  1. 01ScopingTerms of reference agreed with the regulator up front, so late scope surprises do not derail the submission window.
  2. 02Baseline acquisitionAir, water, soil, noise, ecology and socio-economic baselines acquired to a documented sampling design, with chain of custody maintained throughout.
  3. 03AssessmentImpact prediction and significance evaluation, with host community concerns recorded verbatim and traced into the mitigation design.
  4. 04Submission & responseRegulatory review supported by a live comment-response register until determination.

What you receive

  • EIA / ESIA reports prepared to regulator requirements
  • Environmental and social management plans
  • Baseline and compliance monitoring datasets
  • Remediation design and verification documentation

Standards & tooling

  • NESREA regulations
  • NOSDRA / EGASPIN
  • ISO 14001 principles
  • IFC Performance Standards
  • Accredited laboratory partners
  • Field monitoring instrumentation
  • GIS and spatial analysis
  • Structured stakeholder engagement records

Upstream Operations Support

Wellsite geology, drilling and production support, well integrity and surveillance across onshore and swamp operating environments.

Oil & Gas

How we run it

  1. 01Pre-mobilisationGeological prognosis, method statements, HSE plan and competence verification for every person assigned, agreed before anyone travels.
  2. 02Field executionRotating coverage with documented handover protocols, daily reporting, and office-based technical support on call throughout.
  3. 03Live revisionPrognosis and surveillance models updated as each well or period confirms or refutes the working model.
  4. 04Close-outEnd-of-well or end-of-period reporting, with lessons consolidated into the basis for the next scope.

What you receive

  • Well prognosis and end-of-well geological reports
  • Production surveillance dashboards and performance reviews
  • Well integrity and surveillance programme documentation
  • Regulator-ready technical documentation

Standards & tooling

  • API
  • IOGP
  • NUPRC guidelines
  • Client HSE case
  • Wellsite geological equipment
  • Real-time operations support desk
  • Nodal analysis and production surveillance tools

Technical & Commercial Advisory

Independent asset evaluation, economic modelling and due diligence for operators, investors and lenders committing capital.

Advisory

How we run it

  1. 01Technical basisThe subsurface and commercial case behind the model is evaluated on its merits, not accepted from a data room.
  2. 02ModellingFull-cycle cash flow under prevailing Nigerian fiscal terms, built so every assumption is visible and can be challenged.
  3. 03Risk analysisSensitivity, scenario and probabilistic analysis on the variables that actually move value, with above-ground risk treated explicitly.
  4. 04ReportingFindings issued in a form suitable for partner, lender and regulatory audiences, including red flags stated plainly.

What you receive

  • Full-cycle economic model with documented assumptions
  • Independent technical due diligence report
  • Reserves and resources statement in PRMS terminology
  • Bid recommendation with economic ranking

Standards & tooling

  • SPE-PRMS
  • Nigerian fiscal terms (PIA 2021)
  • Competent Person Report conventions
  • Economic modelling suites
  • Probabilistic analysis tools
  • Volumetric assessment

Digital & Technical Data

Field data capture, technical data management, network and data centre infrastructure, and security for organisations holding sensitive subsurface data.

ICT Solutions

How we run it

  1. 01RequirementsWorkshops with the people who will actually use the system: field teams and technical staff, not only management.
  2. 02BuildDeveloped against the existing workflow rather than replacing it wholesale, with validation enforced at the point of capture.
  3. 03HardeningAccess control, monitoring and backup designed in, with the technical archive treated as the high-value asset it is.
  4. 04HandoverDocumentation, administrator training and source control delivered so the client is never locked in to us for routine operation.

What you receive

  • Deployed applications with source code and documentation
  • As-built network and infrastructure documentation
  • Security assessment with prioritised remediation
  • Administrator training and handover packs

Standards & tooling

  • ISO/IEC 27001 principles
  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • NDPR compliance
  • Modern web and mobile stacks
  • Cloud and hybrid infrastructure
  • Technical data archives

Training & Competence Development

Technical training and structured capacity development delivered by practising consultants, with assessed competence outputs.

Training

How we run it

  1. 01Competence frameworkRequired competences defined with the sponsor before any curriculum is written, so training targets a real gap.
  2. 02StreamingParticipants grouped by assessed starting level rather than by department, which is what makes mixed cohorts fail.
  3. 03Applied deliveryTaught on real datasets and current practice by consultants who still do the work.
  4. 04AssessmentIndividual competence evidenced and recorded, with a gap report issued to the sponsor.

What you receive

  • Course materials, workbooks and datasets
  • Assessed competence records per participant
  • Certificates of completion
  • Post-programme capability gap report

Standards & tooling

  • NCDMB capacity development expectations

Delivery process

The same six stages, every engagement

Whether the scope is a two-week desktop study or a twelve-month field programme.

01

Discovery

Technical and commercial scoping with your operations team. We interrogate the data you already hold before proposing new work.

02

Planning

Method statements, HSE plans, resource loading, permits and a schedule your procurement team can hold us to.

03

Execution

Mobilised multidisciplinary teams working to agreed procedures, with daily reporting from field and office scopes.

04

Quality Assurance

Independent technical review at each gate, documented against our QA framework before anything is issued.

05

Delivery

Interpreted results, regulator-ready documentation and a close-out session with the people who will use the work.

06

Ongoing Support

Warranty periods, data custody, refresher training and retained advisory so the value does not leave with the team.
