Careers
Technical careers with real work from the start
We hire people who want to be better geoscientists, environmental scientists and technologists in five years than they are today, and we structure the work so that actually happens.

Why join Addish
What working here actually involves
No claims about ping-pong tables. These are the things that genuinely differ from the average Nigerian consultancy.
Real technical work, early
Early-career staff work on real technical scopes under senior review, not on internal busywork while they wait for a project.
Senior people who teach
Our directors and practice leads still do technical work, and mentorship is an assessed part of their role rather than a goodwill gesture.
Multidisciplinary exposure
Working across geoscience, environmental, digital and workforce scopes builds a breadth of capability that single-discipline firms cannot offer.
Structured competence development
Defined competence frameworks, assessed progression and sponsored professional body membership rather than ad hoc career paths.
Safety without compromise
Stop-work authority is held by every person on every site, regardless of grade. It is used, and it is supported.
Standards worth carrying
Work executed to international technical standards, so the experience you build here transfers anywhere in the industry.
Current openings
Building the team
We hire against real capability gaps rather than headcount targets, so openings appear as the work requires them.
No advertised vacancies right now
Addish Energy is newly established and building its team deliberately. We are not advertising specific roles at present, but we do read every speculative application, particularly from geoscientists, environmental scientists and software developers who want to help shape a practice rather than join a finished one.
