Overview
Nigerian content development targets are only meaningful if the underlying competence is real. Our training practice is delivered by the same consultants who execute our project work, so course material reflects current practice rather than textbook theory.
Programmes are delivered in-house at client facilities, at our Lagos training venue, or virtually. Each course ends with an assessed competence output the client can put in a personnel file.
We also build full capacity development programmes for government agencies and operators, structured multi-year pathways rather than disconnected one-off courses.
