Addish Energy Limited is committed to conducting every engagement without harm to people, property or the environment. We hold that no commercial or schedule pressure justifies an unsafe act, and every person on an Addish scope has unqualified authority to stop work.

Risk management
Five steps, applied to every scope
Risk assessment is a live process on an Addish engagement, revisited whenever scope, method, personnel or site conditions change.

Identify
Systematic hazard identification across the full scope, including interfaces with client and third-party operations.
- STEP 2
Assess
Risk assessed for likelihood and consequence using a documented matrix, with a named owner for each significant risk.
- STEP 3
Control
Controls applied in hierarchy order: elimination and substitution first, then design and administrative controls, then PPE.
- STEP 4
Verify
Controls verified in the field rather than assumed on paper, with documented site inspection and audit.

Review
Risk register reviewed at defined intervals and after any change of scope, method, personnel or site condition.

Nothing is issued without independent review
Our quality framework is aligned to ISO 9001 principles and applies identically across all 7 practices.
Documented procedures
Every service line operates to written procedures defining method, competence requirements, review gates and record retention.
Independent technical review
No deliverable is issued without review by a competent person independent of the person who produced it.
Non-conformance handling
Non-conformances are logged, root-caused and closed with corrective action tracked to completion.

Personnel competence is assessed against defined frameworks and re-verified, not assumed from a CV at hire.
